In an effort to continuously improve the stability and reliability of the JPaaS cloud platform, Libyan Spider Cloud engineers are planning on conducting a regular upgrade to software components. The upgrade is scheduled on Friday, November 22nd 2024, starting at 10:00 AM UTC+2 and is expected to take 4 hours.

Details of the upgrade and service impact

• Estimated upgrade duration: 4 hours
• JPaaS user dashboard: not accessible during the upgrade process
• API requests, CLI and SSH gate: periodically unavailable during the upgrade of the corresponding infrastructure containers.
• Hosted Applications downtime: not expected.
