In an effort to continuously improve the stability and reliability of the JPaaS cloud platform, we are planning on conducting a regular upgrade to software components. The upgrade is scheduled on Thursday, November 28 2024, starting at 11:00 PM UTC+2 and is expected to take 8 hours.

During this period, all applications hosted on the platform will remain operational.

Details of the upgrade and service impact

• Estimated upgrade duration: 8 hours
• JPaaS user dashboard: not accessible during the upgrade process
• API requests, CLI and SSH gate: periodically unavailable during the upgrade of the corresponding infrastructure containers.
• Hosted Applications downtime: not expected.
