Investigating

We are currently investigating reports of degraded network performance affecting traffic between Libya and service infrastructure hosted in Europe.

Affected Area: Connections originating from Libya routed to European servers.

Symptoms: Users may experience high latency, intermittent connection timeouts, and elevated packet loss.

Scope: This issue is isolated to specific international routing paths. Not all network routes are affected, so some users may experience normal connectivity depending on their local ISP and routing path.

Our network engineering team is actively monitoring the situation, gathering telemetry, and reaching out to upstream transit partners to investigate.

We will provide another update as soon as more information becomes available or as routing stabilizes. Thank you for your patience.
