Our team is aware of a connectivity issue affecting JPaaS service in Tripoli region as well as the Customer Dashboard.

We are working to identify and resolve the issue as soon as possible, we will provide more information once available.

The incident has been resolved, all platform components are operational. We continue to monitor the situation.
